Prakriti Dhara started with a simple observation: many of the most sensible, sustainable habits already live within Indian tradition. A loofah gourd scrubbing a pan. A neem twig cleaning teeth. A dishwashing powder made the way it used to be made. These aren't new ideas — they're old ones, waiting for a modern, everyday form.

We didn't set out to build a large catalogue. We started with five products, chosen because each one offers a clear, natural alternative to something already sitting in most Indian homes — a kitchen scrubber, a toothbrush, a dishwashing powder, a traditional household product.

What we believe

We believe that conscious consumption doesn't have to mean an overwhelming lifestyle overhaul. It can start with one product, used a little more thoughtfully than before.

We also believe in being honest about where we are. We're a small, new brand. We don't have decades of certifications or a warehouse full of proof points — what we have is a clear point of view, and a commitment to only make claims we can stand behind.

Where we're headed

Our plan is to grow slowly and deliberately — adding products only when they meet the same natural, indigenous, thoughtfully-selected standard as the first five. If you're here early, thank you for being part of that from the start.
